Chefs Chason and Rachel Walsh have been crafting exquisite culinary masterpieces throughout North Idaho at Latitudes Carlin Bay and Honey Salt Bakery for years. They’re widely known for delighting customers with a unique blend of flavors that tantalize their taste buds thanks to fresh ingredients and intricate presentations.
Accendo is a brain child of Chason and Rachel Walsh, the idea began in culinary school, when they we’re asked to describe their dream restaurant. A Food truck, bakery, restaurant, and coffee stand later Accendo was born. Now their old dream becomes a reality.
Mission
To bring a culinary experience to our area that no one else has yet though a 10-15 Course culinary experience.
The latin word Accendo means to illuminate. The concept of illuminate is at the core of Accendo, showing people how you can take food that many have seen and present it in a new way they’ve never witnessed before.
